I'm having doubts here. Who is Bradford Brock, who supposedly "resigned as an officer and director of the Company"?

He was never mentioned anywhere and Murphy is still the only officer on the WY SOS, where they are still delinquent by the way.

What about Mr. Michael Kahiri, who will now be "CEO and Director? Why isn't he an officer of 9430075 Canada Ltd ?

And the idea of an actual audit being performed and becoming registered again is always a red flag to me on any OTC "company" but even more so on this one due to its history.

It doesn't add up to me.
