True on all accounts. But between the initial filing and the amendment you missed one important fact. The company is now looking to dump $7.6million in new shares for a price as low as .0001. Why would anyone pay more than that price right now? Maybe after the dust settles and we see the new structure, operations and financials it could move up but until then this shouldn’t be bought for more than .0001
