The 'agreement' (lol) doesn't even state how much the first machine would be bought for.

It just states that the subsequent two would be 3mm each.

Upon the 'effectiveness of the agreement'.

The line is hilarious.

Basically it states whenever this buyer decides, or if they decide , to buy something this agreement goes into effect.

No time frame.... nothing.

If any shareholder thinks this could translate from a paper company into sales and operations of a machine in less than years before any money could possibly be exchanged they are kidding themselves.

The web is an amazing thing.....search words bring back results 9f town meetings, board meetings, minutes, permits, newspaper articles, etc.

If there were serious plans to open a plant in Utah something would pop up.

Zero returns.

And it appears that the sham Veridisyn deal with Robin Curtis might have actually been a better farce.

He agreed to only pay 4mm for the first two machines.

Maybe Nuckleheado would be better served ripping up this agreement and having Robin Curtis supply them with the sham Master Agreement from a couple of years ago and save a couple of million fictous dollars....lol.
