Like I said, pure conjecture with no proof of any misdoings by KR...

I haven't seen any receipts for the....

two High Times conferences or the two Miami Trips or the Vegas trip that indicate anyone other than the shareholders picked up the tab on those trips and events while he and the "Dream Team" went around developing High End Products, have you? I haven't seen any receipts to indicate the shareholders didn't pay for the little red wagon or the High End Products packaging, or package design, or the tent cover, have you? Didn't think so. I am not a lawyer. This isn't a court of law. Don't like "theft"? Ok, let's call it "FRAUD". There feel better now?
