Yes, I understand that they are reducing it from "total number of shares of our common stock that we are authorized to issue from 350 million shares to 120 million shares."

But the question is, if you were going to do crazy dilution, why would you reduce the number of authorised shares to issue? That is what I find curious. Why reduce the amount of money you could theoretically raise? They could have just left that part alone.
