This is my point,,,,One bad apple spoils the whole barrel. Don't get me wrong but until this whole industry gets it right, there is nothing to look forward to.
As good as your charting may be, it's only as stable as the sector leadership is.
There are no standouts and only outside pressure from the top to the bottom as we move forward. How hard can it be to weigh the risks and rewards, the facts from the myths, and present them in an unbiased and professional manner? We are investing in a dropout teenager mentality as of now and will wait for the maturity to set in.
I'm just your friendly neighborhood tile guy but it seems to me that helpers and not craftsmen are in control as of now.
