Joe, i work in the construction industry. In fact, a couple years back i worked on the power plant in oxford ct. believe the owners were competitve joint ventures. Was fortunate enough to speak to an owners rep on this job. He told me that it took them many years to get this project approved ( voted down by the townfolk). But once it was approved, the project moved forward rather quickly. Cutting in roads, bringing in the utilies and so forth are all carried on the project cost. With the Govt. of Albania granting the concession, thiere should of been a shovel in the ground by now. How serious can Falak be on making this company a player in the renewable energy market? And this voluntary filing status is a bunch of bs. If they dont want to file than fine, but if they do than the sec should see it through. Filing nt’s , one after another, with no resolution is bs. Just my opinion
