DB is a intellectually challenged individual.

However, to think a penny stocks pps is indicative of its legitimacy is ignorant. Pps depends on public opinion. The only thing the pps tells us is that investors have lost interest. Investors have lost interest because penny traders don’t invest for long, and will bail without quick profit.
