I didn't mean it to come off as harsh, just my impression when someone posts gloom and doom comments.

Honestly I haven't been following anything related to penny stocks for quite some time.

My point being why go through the costs to clean the shell and get it sold only to let it die? The old owner of the shell only gets paid out when he can sell shares since he wasn't paid any cash for it, so if this goes grey he's not getting anything. Seems to me like everyone has an incentive to make something happen here. But your guess is as good as mine, if not better.
