Last year they went back and filed 2002-2004 years financials with the SEC.

I haven't seen a ticker go from dark to SEC current before so to me that is impressive and costly. Not to mention the letters back and forth with the SEC to satisfy their demands. Going through all those lengths to get the shell cleaned up and sold wouldn't make sense to just let it die out.

Predict all you want but I don't know how long you've been following this. Some of us have been here a very long time and to me it looks like you just showed up and are making assumptions.
