I don't think so. Not sure what rules you're referring to but they went through too many SEC filings to bring this up to date to fall to the greys.

With all the tickers getting suspended by the SEC it makes me feel better that with the dialogue GEGP maintained with the SEC that we are safe here. Just no telling when the new owners plan to make this move.
