I too called and chatted with Liz, More of a warm fuzzy conversation so I could get a feel of the situation. As a share holder for 19 years it was nice to have some confirmation of things that have happened in the past and how it has fueled the current up tick in price and interest.
Everything posted here in regards to conversations with Liz were confirmed the deal with Tony and how it all came together were explained. The Wolfsons are happy and Clancy Systems is fine. There was no mention of who the new entity / company is.
Yes the Wolfsons as part of the deal canceled their shares, yes the amount stated was correct and everything looks like we have all received the same story. Liz is a very nice lady and comes across as being very smart and well informed.
As for the up tick in the stock price and huge increase in volume we can attribute it to traders and speculation. We can all see that something is going to be put in place and all know what happens to a stock when day
traders find a good thing.
There are no material changes to Clancy Systems or any changes or numbers in the filings for Clancy that would have anything to do with the run. This is all in anticipation of a new company and the hype associated with trading as we all await news.
Everyone here knows what the deal is and has seen it before however this time it seems really sweet. This deal seems really great for everyone involved especially for Clancy Systems and the Wolfsons.
The Dodd Frank act made things very difficult and expensive for many small companies. You can see why CLSI needed this deal and it is the end for them and the beginning for something new.
As for old shareholders dumping to regain losses, that is not the case with me. Any loss was dealt with years ago and this is now just a new opportunity, one where I do not have to accumulate shares.
I have been patient for years and would like to see what the future has in store. Opportunities like this are rare. I will wait until there is public news and see what happens.
