just my opinion.....
I draw my lines different from you and I'm not saying the longterm downtrend line has been broken, but the shorter term downtrend has been broken and I believe strong upside is now beginning and should last thru the upcoming merger pr. imo. My tech uses more indicators than your simple chart.
