I share information as I attain it. After 2 failed mergers, and an unanswered LOI, I’d be disgruntled to say the least if a R/S was announced after such unsavory results. If memory serves me correctly, the matter of a reverse split was addressed by another board member here, and Sara had replied that there were in fact no plans for an R/S being discussed by management.
Granted this was months ago, and a lot has transpired since, but I’d hope they’re not considering such a move, and there will in fact be some positive news released in this upcoming 10K Sara made reference to. All in my opinion only....
I’ll be here watching and waiting with everyone else....
