Mr. Big Rig .. looked at video did not see that on license plate LOL hopefully that is not a sign that a CE is staying on forever.

1. Not sure why website has not been updated on news for months, Twitter over a Month old ... and this comes out in an instagram that is not identified with WSHE other than Jake

2. Obviously the Farm is a heavy producer, so where are any financials of any kind for the Past Year that Jake has been CEO .. that is very , very strange , along with the other items.

a. CE has to come down and an effort to go current in any format
b. SEC filings only one this year on the Marketing Guy , who was stated
as filling a 'vacancy' on the Board... have not seen him since or heard
about him as a Director .
c. Been a year ... so that milestone came and went .. not sure why Jake has not addressed that .
d. Has to be going current , filings to do so ... otherwise with all the SEC Stock suspensions this year and for sure the past months , this will not get traction... just as simple as that .

Totally up to Jake and the WSHE Board.. all have the skill, experience and know how ... to do it .... the million dollar question is what is the HOLD UP now ... for the past few months... Very strange .
