More likely EVTI will be suspended for:

1) Having not filed financials with the SEC in years (severely delinquent)

2) Due to the new SEC rule proposal, EVTI can go to the Grey Market by default as well as 100's of other no-disclosure stocks that will lose their Market Maker representation.
