Smart investors are buying up these cheap shares and locking them down for .10-.20+

Next year franchise restaurants of Illegal Burger & Illegal Pizza will be opening up nationwide. If this becomes a new well known trending chain like it looks like it will then anyone that gets in at these lows will be looking at insane profits from these levels as this climbs up the chart in the coming weeks/months.

I think a lot of the buying right now is by longterm investors and not ihub quick flippers...
