What is there not to like about this? Basically days worst case scenario it converts in 2 years for a price equal to the closing SP at that time. First, TWO YEARS. Second, 99% of penny stocks receive funding at huge discounts to current SP, not EQUAL to it.

Now let's just hope this is the start of some more regular communications from the company...
