My understanding of it is that the lawsuit is against the shell, hence why it was in the 6/30/19 filing. It started at 50k, has grown quite considerably, as well as the 10 million shares being demanded on top.

Isn’t an open lawsuit considered a liability, or am I wrong?

Why would APL want to merge into a shell with some guy trying to take a decent chunk of their company. I believe they will want to wait until that is completely squared away.

I mean, Wouldn’t you?...if you put in all the time, effort, hard work and money that APL has? I know I wouldn’t be ok with that...for some guy to try and take something from me that I worked so hard for.

Filings amended to say they won’t move forward until all liabilities are resolved. Trial date hasn’t even been set yet and APL is ready to rock and roll.

Hearing at 11:30 NY time.

I will share what happens rain or shine.
