If I am understanding the new definitions being used for Gifa....

DD: information strictly limited to audited financials published with the SEC

Hype: any positive information discussed prior to release of financials

Truth: all negative information regardless of the source

Scam: a company where ANY piece of information can’t be 100% verified in published financials
