Here’s an update:

The final financial condition report of this company was detailed in the twelfth report of the monitor and made available on their website. Unfortunately, instead of the company’s appraisal of the asset value, the bankruptcy liquidation sale fetched $4.34M for the plant and other assets. Oh well.

BioAmber is an out of business, empty, debt ridden shell company carrying a massive debt. That’s fact.
