Agree with you too, that's why I'm curious as to why at the same shareholder meeting they are looking to reduce their number of issuable shares? Surely if the plan was to go into crazy dilution after the R/S then you would want to keep the number of issuable shares the same or even increase them, but PLX is doing the opposite.

All ears from anyone who would be clear on the rationale for doing this.
