The way I read the last 8-K, they said a revere-split would come in a potential second 180 compliance period, so after March 16, 2020 - in order to regain compliance with NASDAQ minimums. If the stock gets above $1 per share before March 16, 2020, I think a reverse-split is unlikely short term. I might have read this wrong and I'm guessing a reverse-split could come sooner with out warning, but it doesn't appear that that's the plan.

I think the Ekso NR upgrades will provide a new revenue stream desperately needed. It's some hardware, but it seems mostly to be a software upgrade from what I can tell (clarification on this point would be appreciated). Either way, the software industry's margins are really good and I expect this to further increase margins for the company if I'm right about this point.

The company getting to be net profitable would be a big deal to me, and I think to many institutions as well. At only 4 cents loss per share last quarter, NR upgrades might bridge this gap if other sales hold constant or expand.

Excited for Q4 UE sales numbers too. I think the next few Q's are slated to be good from my perspective.

I bought some more shares today

I'm long EKSO
