I may be incorrect, as I have no facts to support my next opinion, that being Bourque Industries must pay Over The Counter (stocks) a fee each year so trading of BORK can happen. So, if true, John Bourque wants Bourque Industries to "appear" alive, or perhaps knows that Bourque Industries will eventually exist as a functioning company.
