Montreal, QC--(April 17, 2015) –Tamino Minerals, Inc. ( OTC MARKETS : TINO ) is pleased to update its shareholders on the progress with the audit funding.

In preparation for the audit, Tamino Minerals along with the investor, have decided on the auditor, and funding of the audit is expected to be received by the company within the next few weeks. Upon engagement of the auditor, Tamino Mineral's OTC Markets profile will be updated with the auditor information. Due to the nature of the audit process, a completion date can not be provided but the company will continue to update shareholders on the progress.
