Generally speaking, the LLV's are pretty much used on routes that are all paved. Occasionally you may have a dirt road pop up on one here and there but they try to avoid it. They were originally assigned to City routes and then as downsizing of some city routes occurred, they have also been used on select rural routes that usually fall under the same restrictions. Also, it would probably be rare to find one used on a route with more than 30-35 miles a day although they get used more than that when people bring them back and there is a shortage, sometimes a sub will take it back out to help someone else.
