I would think that if it’s made it to a court date the original owner is done with it. (They already a banded the stock a long time ago) And if there is a fight the new owner could offer shares to the old owner to give up without a fight. I truly believe that if it’s gone this far it’s a done deal! The custodian ship will be granted.
