I don’t think it’s an exposure problem, more like this has been hyped up in the past and many got burned. Many are probably actually waiting tell the reports are released by the university of Missouri before they pull the trigger. So until next week after doctor Maitz releases the findings this is going to sit in this range, unfortunately. Then again there could be a run up just a day or two before he talks. Then off to the races afterwards. This is my opinion of course.
