It is impossible to tell you the astute reader how much Chile has (or will) invest in lithium industrialization because the NLS (National Lithium Strategy) which was supposed to be completed before August 31 of this year by midget Presidente El Beaner Pinera still has not been published. Once Pinera grows some balls and publishes the long overdue NLS then we might be able to tell you how it compares with President Evo Morales' fully descriptive lithium industrialization plan in Bolivia, but until then we must follow the guidance from the Chilean Head Office which basically says, "Go f*ck yourselves, we ain't telling your stupido peons shit about our intentions for lithium in Chile, Love & Kisses, signed Sebastian"
