In my one and only conversation with Larry, the SOMA situation was discussed. From what I gathered the 2004 SOMA dividend did go through - 1 share of SOMA for each share of EQBM owned. I got the impression that back in 2004 there were much less EQBM shares about 35 to 40 million shares. He gave me the impression that those 35 to 40 million shares from that stock dividend are the only shares now outstanding in SOMA. My guess is that Larry owns 80 to 90 percent of the SOMA shares. When Larry makes the initial market for SOMA it will be made using those shares. In a limited conversation it is difficult to get the facts 100 percent accurate. However, the above information is what I gathered from my conversation.
