Updated summary of JDFF’ “full facts”
-Patel and Ichim are irrelevant to the company and just churn out meaningless patents that have no bearing.
-The alleged patents are dead. In fact, there is no patent regarding CaverStem and CELZ is caught in another lie.
-The company trademarked many of their scam treatments to make them look legit, but that has no bearing that the treatments are real.
-It matters not to CMTH that that Ichim, Gershman and Warbington were associated to Medistem.
-CMH was at one time a Delaware Corp, but is no longer, therefore CMH has dissolved and is no longer a legal entity.
-Since CMTH is linked to CMH, therefore CMTH is not a legal entity.
-The company no longer occupies or uses the Peoria address, but the address lingers on many documents and is further proof that the company is illegitimate.
-The company uses the CEO’s residential address, but the address is not registered to the CEO proving the company is a scam.
-Unlike real CEO’s, the fact that the CELZ CEO refuses to post his personal phone number on the website is a huge red flag.
-To further perpetuate the scam, CELZ does file and pay taxes to the state of Arizona
-TW was associated with another company that is involved in a lawsuit, so everything else about him is suspect.
-There is no evidence anywhere that any of the patented stem cell treatments work.
-There is no evidence anywhere that any patients have been treated because none have provided any patient testimonials.
-If CaverStem and FemCelz were real treatments, they would be very very dangerous because the patient could get a bruise from the injection sites. Very similar, but far far worse than a common blood draw.
-CMTH, being an illegitimate company, is nothing more that a share selling scheme that duped several doctors into participating.
-Some of the treating doctors at one time in their career had a complaint or frivolous lawsuit filed on them, so anything they do now is suspect, and they may have not been duped into CMTH, they may be complicit in the scheme.
- Some doctors who where originally announced to be participating doctors are no longer listed, proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that the company is a scam. The newest doctors have just been duped, and are irrelevant or they are co-conspirators
-The trial results registered on the .gov website is a sham, because its known that the results came out poor and CMTH is purposefully hiding the results by not issuing their joint paper while they dilute as many shares as possible. Dr. Rajfer being the Principal Investigator is irrelevant and the fact that medical trials are heavily regulated is meaningless.
-To perpetuate the scheme, one of the scheming doctors has showed a picture of boxes and lied about them being Caverstem RanFac kits. In fact there is still no evidence that CMTH sells them at all. Even though some pictures have a CaverStem FemCelz label, they are empty boxes or contain scrubs because no one has shown the alleged contents of said boxes.
-To perpetuate the scheme even further, some of the participating doctors posted images of a fake newspaper advertising and/or images of them with CaverStem photo boards. In fact, if the newspaper was real, who would run it in a small town with below average income and the residents cannot afford CaverStem or FemCelz. The photo boards are not on display anywhere in the world, the are photoshopped.
-CELZ claims to be training doctors, but that is a lie because all MD's and DO's are already trained in med school to use an aspiration and biopsy kit an no training is required to be CaverStem, FemCelz provider.
-The company hired actors to portray themselves as patients.
-Several anonymous internet bloggers are aware of the sham company but are touting it on various blogs and social media sites, clearly for personal gain. Some are even being paid by CELZ.
-Even though there is no evidence that CMTH has anything of value, and no evidence that they are providing $1600.00 harvest kits, even if they were selling kits, they would be only sourcing inexpensive biopsy kits to make it look good because there are no treatments being provided anyway, providing further evidence of the scheme. Some of the treating doctors are in on this scam and have updated their websites and made YouTube videos to spread the scam globally.
-Everyone and everything associated with CELZ is a lie.
-CELZ is facing immediate bankruptcy
-CELZ recently raised the AS of the company proving that the company is nothing more than a share selling scheme perpetrated by several quack doctors and scientist. There is NO business reason to ever raise a company AS.
-All of this and more is flying under the radar of the regulators and authorities because the OTC just has too many scams to police, but one Good Samaritan blogger plans to call the AZ AG and other regulators (post 76065) to get justice and is working tirelessly to warn off uneducated investors.
