I'm just trying to hear you out, what I think you're claiming is completely opposite of everything I've learned over the years.

As notes/debt are converted the T/A will have that updated O/S. Whether or not the T/A can provide you the most updated O/S is one thing, but shares can't just be sold and not be in the O/S.

If you can provide something to prove me otherwise, I will take a look.
