I'm not, I'm valuing it on what Toxic Cheapies Ted is likely to offer. $10M seems a reasonably likely offer from Ted. Sure, maybe $90M too. But Ted said he's got cash ready. He have $90M cash all ready? Do you think he does? Really, you think Teddy Boy's got $90M cash ready to go?

Plus, value of assets does not mean Ted will offer an equivalent value. Ha! Helios is soooooo beat-up and in the garbage, bidders show up because..... a deal is to be had. A deal. A deal means highly discounted. Highly discount is easily 10% of value. Easily!

Ted would offer 5% if it's all neatly pre-arranged.
