Yep. I've been wondering the same.

It may be nothing but due diligence for compliance purposes in the coming years but such a thorough audit on this type of business certainly has the mind wandering during the long wait. Not unusual practice for some type of merger. But all we can do is speculate until they get these damn filings finally released in the next couple weeks.
