It happens. They did that because it's harder to see corporate filings from Delaware's SOS and you have to pay to get a report which if free using Nevada's eSOS ... When a shell moves from NV to WY or DE something is up and they are trying to hide aspects of their filings from retail (usually) which means AS and OS increase (to say the least).
