Regurgitating a bunch of lies over and over won't help this stock. Everyone watching this company knows about the intentional deception.

It's just like saying the market cap doesn't reflect $1 million in revs. It doesn't represent $10 million in revs, it doesn't represent $100 million in revs, it doesn't represent $1 billion in revs...because that revenue doesn't exist and never will. Nothing OTTV has ever done has resulted in revenue growth. In fact, there's been nothing but a decline in revenue since the Omniverse suit. No content, no customers = no revenue...pretty simple equation. If folks want to trick unsuspecting investors you've gotta do better then that.

Look at the numbers from the 10Q:

"As of April 30, 2019, we had a working capital deficiency of $7,779,308 and accumulated deficit of $32,727,245. We had revenues from subscription in amount of $5,375 and $16,155 for the three and six months ended April 30, 2019, respectively, compared to the revenues of $14,350 and $27,451 during the three and six months ended April 30, 2018, respectively."

Monthly revenue has fallen to $1,791 a month. Less then what a barista makes at Starbucks (I'm not kidding). A YOY decline of 60%!!!

Viva is currently taking in $32,310 in revenue a year!!! Again, less then a barista at Starbucks. Let that sink in...$32,310 a year for a company that is $33,000,000 in the hole and has zero cash on-hand.

Netflix, an established company with $ billions in content rights and original programming (which Viva has absolutely none of) has $17.61B in revenue and a market cap of $119.9B, giving it a multiple of 6.8x, which is about average for this sector.

OTTVs realistic market cap should be $32,310 x 6.8 (being very generous here) = $219,708. With a realistic share price being: $219,708 / 74,340,000 = $.0029. (Without even factoring in the mass dilution taking place over the last year and the 500/1 reverse split that took place. We'll get to that later)

So the very conservative high end on OTTV would be...drumroll...$.0029. The stock is 200% inflated already!!!.

Now taking into account the original share structure...the real SP should be...wait for it: $.0029 / 500 = $.0000058. What a gem, huh. Keep peddling the nonsense.
