So out of the blue, Captivate Pharmaceuticals is sued by Immunotope for patent infringement. Immunotope signed a non-exclusive license several years ago so it is quite strange that they are now suing us.

Immunotope vs. Captivate Pharmaceuticals

Captivate Pharmaceuticals only has one published patent for its CaP nanotechnology with a April 2013 publication date. I don't see any published Immunotope patents related to CaP technology.

As strange as this is, it must mean that the technology must have a path to commercialization.
