Either way the article does present what is happening in California and where they place amongst the California group.
The fed govt seems to be holding the purse strings in uplifting to higher exchanges.

Whichever pres candidate legalizes marijuana will probably get elected in my opinion.

The tax money that can be raised federally is phenomenal.

A big boost in cannabis stock prices if that was to happen.
