WiseTrader, wrong/here's why a Form 15-12g isn't needed...

Respectfully, that thought is very wrong. PTAH was never registered to be an SEC filing company as can be confirmed from the OTC Markets link below:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PTAH/disclosure

This is why a Form 15-12g is not needed to deregister the shares of PTAH from the SEC.

Again, and very important to understand... The reason why a Form 15-12g to deregister the shares of PTAH with the SEC is not needed here with PTAH is because PTAH was never registered with the SEC to file its financial reports.

Again, here's the proof. If you go to the Disclosure tab within the OTC Markets link below, you will see that PTAH never filed any financial reports with the SEC since the inception of the entity:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PTAH/disclosure

To further explain, if anywhere within that link above you would have seen any 10-Qs or 10-Ks filed with the SEC, that would have meant that PTAH would have been registered with the SEC to where it would have been mandatory for PTAH to file all of their financial reports with the SEC.

Such is not the case here with PTAH. Since you only see Quarterly Reports instead of 10-Qs and Annual Reports instead of 10-Ks, this means that PTAH was always trading at the Alternative Reporting Standards status since its inception to where it is only required for PTAH to file their financial reports with OTC Markets.

If this was not the case, then there would have been a requirement to file a Form 15-12g to eliminate the risk of SEC action for delinquent filings. That concern does not exist here with PTAH. Since PTAH was never registered with the SEC since its inception, there is no requirement for PTAH to file a Form 15-12g to deregister the shares of PTAH with the SEC.

When they update their required filings with OTC Markets and the Nevada Secretary of State (NV SOS), they will be current. It appears that the custodianship looks optimistic based on the logic and post below that I think all should read and understand courtesy of Golden_Cross:
