Cheng is the guy who owns the stock but he's not the shadow puppeteer who is running this scam. Also, FYI, Basilio uses several alias including Cheng and Zhang among others.
He's also the puppet master for SRBT. Check it out.. they both post the same phone number for the company on the disclosure documents. When you call that number you don't get a company.. you get a person who is very evasive about who they are.

Frankly, I don't care if you choose to believe me or not. I don't own the stock nor am I short it. I have alerted the SEC to this fact and I'm sure if this thing begins to perk, they will be all over it like white on rice. It's a well known fact that both the SEC and FINRA are keeping a closer eye on penny stocks with a Chinese connection simply because they are one of the scam-du-jours out there today.
From the lack of recent activity, I'm thinking Basilio has probably either ran into difficulty getting these two scams going or he's gotten distracted and moved on.. something he's been doing for years. Either way, IMO, there's not a chance in Hell these stocks will ever amount to anything meaningful. If he decides to abandon them, the next thing you'll see will be him taking as much cash out of the market as he can by dumping without a pump.
Hold or buy more if you want to but don't say you weren't warned.
