I disagree, I never really understand why people get so upset about an R/S.

An R/S is just an structural trick to make the share price increase, in an of itself it makes no change to the company fundamentals, the M/C or the value of your ownership. It's the market's reaction that brings it down.

I also think that by the time the R/S does happen, the Bridge full data will be out and the AA submission to the FDA should be made or on the cusp of being made. That should abate what is essentially just a redefinition of share price and outstanding shares. Regarding corporate structure, dilution is worse than R/S but people don't freak out at dilution.
