Genco Corp (GNCC)

Just checked their recent business filings this evening. Appears they have been restructuring everything. Some of the those entities that were just reinstated only a couple months ago, have now been dissolved, as of this month. Looks like they cleared out all the old stuff, to bring in the new - whatever that means.

The two BG entities below are "active".

Bright Green Group of Companies:
Type - Domestic Profit Corporation.
Paul Mastronardi listed as Director.
Lynn Stockwell listed as Incorporator.


- Now here is the part that I find most intriguing -

Bright Green Corporation:
New Corporation filed in New Mexico on 9/10/19
Type - Foreign Profit Corporation
Lynn Stockwell listed as Director.
Edward Robinson listed as President.

Not sure what to make of all this, but clearly they've been busy shaking things up. Interesting that both the BG "Group" of Companies and the BG Corporation are now associated with New Mexico.
