I called ATWEC main number about audited financials & OTCQX they referred me to Craig Sizer.

This is my first time posting, but I've been reading this board for over a year now. I hold close to 5mil shares and have been in since the end of 2004.

Craig told me that they should be out in a few weeks. I also asked him if they were still moving forward to the OTCQX. He said that since OTCQX keeps postponing launch date, they are going straight to the OTCBB!!
