and he also has the gall to request response to whether people are holding out buying until after a RS. He will now mold a response to give him
an excuse to implement a RS. The reality is that he has near maxed out
the authorized share limit and can use a RS to open up more shares for new dilution scam . The last annual meeting vote gave him the ability to RS at a ratio that reduces the OS shares in number ;but also allowed for more proportionate number of shares by number to be released . Pretty tricky -"isn't that special" ?
