Do not touch this until they announce their financing. Arizona isn’t dumb they obviously will adjust the terms if they even want it go forward. This is one of the worst balance sheets I’ve ever seen, and that says a lot on the CSE. You’d think they would have some cash or inventory after ten years in business. Wtf have they been doing all this time. I’m expecting a toxic financing or massive dilution around .25 maybe .30.
