My issue is to file for phase 2 testing, to publish that intent and to know from the balance sheet you had no funds to move forward is irresponsible at the least and deceptive at the worst.

I realize that ever penny stock carries the disclaimer of the point potential for loss is huge ! But when you see the company laying all the ground work to move forward it implies this is a viable drug and trail.

The bottom line is there is no communications on any progress and what is communicated is deceptive to the point , with out any comments from management , we’re it probably should be investigated!
