wrong...kim has the authority to make the appointments...he is not done doing so...he is naming those who will be on the board....technically, the board does not officially exist as of yet...

secondly, Nasdaq rules don't currently apply to kblb since they are not on the Nasdaq...

a bod is a requirement to get onto Nasdaq...and kblb will have one when they apply for Nasdaq...and that's all that Nasdaq will care...
