Yes, custodianship can do that...if it is real.
They pulled a stunt last year, got caught. It didn't move this much, though. And that was from a fake PR release.
I have done some digging..
This lawyer Peter L Chasey had another custodianship July this year with $PMFS. I looked at their chart.
PMFS ran up from .000s to .007 .
That is a pretty good run ....
