A $6 target price would most likely have caveats, such as, NAT obtaining long term charts on 10 of their ships at these high rates.

The cash flow for 10 tankers at these rates would be more than enough for a $0.034-$0.06 quarterly dividend rate. Assuming $0.05--that would be $0.20 annual.

Giving a yield of 4% at $5.00 share.

More ships -- higher dividend.

And that $6.00 target price is a 12 month target.
