On June 6, 2019 Anthony K. Miller was appointed as the new Chairman and CEO of Bio Tech Medics, Inc. a Wyoming corporation and on June 18, 2019 the Secretary of State, Wyoming amended the corporation's records to reflect this change of officers. As a result of this change, Anthony now can affect all the required changes required with every agency and regulatory body.
